Greetings, I'm Bethany and I've been supporting people with disabilities for 30 years. Over the years, I've noticed a growing need for personalized planning to help individuals belong in their communities and lead fulfilling lives. I understand that families and agencies may require assistance in developing a vision for a person, and I believe that a planning meeting involving family, friends, community members, and support staff can be an effective solution.
Planning Meeting
The planning session is a 1.5 hour gathering where the Focus Person, their chosen family, friends and support staff collaborate to set goals and share resources. The aim is to help the Focus Person create the life they desire.
My Role
With my extensive experience as a Qualified Planning Facilitator, I will lead the planning process and provide a comprehensive report outlining the goals and objectives established during the meeting.
